Dingo

Dingo. Healseville Wildlife Sanctuary in the Yarra Valley is one of Australia's largest (and finest) indigenous wildlife reserves. This dingo, the first I've seen in Australia and one of two at the reserve, posed momentarily in the muted sunlight before retiring to its companion by the shade of a nearby tree. The dingo is Australia's notorious "wild dog" and is closely related to the wolf.
