Greetings from Australia!
Here goes with my Tomato Sauce Recipe, hope you enjoy it.
1 Tablespoon Oil
Heat oil in pan, add onion and garlic and cook until soft.
Add remaining
ingredients.
Bring to the boil, then simmer uncovered for 5 minutes or
until
slightly thickened.
Process or blend mixture until almost smooth.
You can add mushrooms or zucchini to this recipe to give it a thicker panache.
1 Medium Onion, chopped
1 clove Garlic Chopped
2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard
2 Tablespoons BBQ Sauce
1 425 gram Can Tomatoes
1 Teaspoon Sugar
2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
